Bordeaux Grand Villa
Bordeaux Grand Villa accommodates 6- 8 pax and features three bedrooms: one master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms with twin-size beds sharing one common bathroom. The villa includes a spacious living and dining area, a bar counter, a wide veranda, and a private infinity pool facing the vineyard and overlooking Tagaytay.
Breakfast included, you will also have a free access to the Forest Pool, Jacuzzi and Vineyard.

Resort Guidelines & House Rules:
- The resort is a place for relaxation. Loud music, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
- Guests are expected to respect the privacy, comfort, and safety of other guests at all times.
- Engagement in unsafe, hazardous, or disruptive activities within the resort premises is prohibited.
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- Firearms and deadly weapons are prohibited inside the property.
- Drone usage is permitted only in designated areas and must comply with resort guidelines.
- Each villa has a maximum occupancy. All guests, including children, are counted toward the total headcount.
- Drivers and bodyguards are provided with designated quarters and are not permitted inside villas or restaurant areas.
- Parking is allowed only in designated areas near the reception.
pet Rules:
- The resort is pet-friendly but pets are not allowed inside the restaurant.
- Pet owners must agree and sign the pet policy upon reservation.
- A pet accommodation fee of Php 5,500 per pet applies, payable upon check-in.
- A refundable security deposit of Php 5,000 per pet is required and will be returned upon check-out, subject to inspection.
- Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are properly supervised and do not cause disturbance or damage to the property.
