Grange Pool Villa

Grange Pool Villa, also known as family villa – can accommodate 4-6 guests. It features two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom, and a second bedroom with two twin beds and access to a common bathroom. The villa includes a living room and dining area, as well as a private infinity swimming pool overlooking Napayong Island, Taal Lake, and Tagaytay City.

Breakfast included, you will also have a free access to the Forest Pool, Jacuzzi and Vineyard.

Resort Guidelines & House Rules:

  • The resort is a place for relaxation. Loud music, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are prohibited.
  • Guests are expected to respect the privacy, comfort, and safety of other guests at all times.
  • Engagement in unsafe, hazardous, or disruptive activities within the resort premises is prohibited.
  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
  • Firearms and deadly weapons are prohibited inside the property.
  • Drone usage is permitted only in designated areas and must comply with resort guidelines.
  • Each villa has a maximum occupancy. All guests, including children, are counted toward the total headcount.
  • Drivers and bodyguards are provided with designated quarters and are not permitted inside villas or restaurant areas.
  • Parking is allowed only in designated areas near the reception.

pet Rules:

  • The resort is pet-friendly but pets are not allowed inside the restaurant.
  • Pet owners must agree and sign the pet policy upon reservation.
  • A pet accommodation fee of Php 5,500 per pet applies, payable upon check-in.
  • A refundable security deposit of Php 5,000 per pet is required and will be returned upon check-out, subject to inspection.
  • Pet owners are responsible for ensuring their pets are properly supervised and do not cause disturbance or damage to the property.
